As a Studio Concierge at Body Matrix, you are the premier face of our luxury Las Vegas studio. We bypass traditional, administrative front-desk tasks to focus heavily on modern, tech-enabled guest experiences.
Using our integrated ecosystem, your role is to act as a high-energy hospitality host. You ensure our members and guests seamlessly transition into their practice by guiding them through our mobile app infrastructure and providing a five-star boutique welcome. We are looking for high-energy, proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, premium wellness space and possess a natural knack for white-glove customer service.

Must Have

Nice to have
- Prior experience in hospitality, fitness studios or concierge environments.
- A passion for movement, wellness, and holistic health.
- Strong intuitive sales skills within a boutique retail setting.
