Body Matrix may use RingCentral and other communications service providers to facilitate telephone, SMS, MMS, and related communications.
Providing your telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.
Where consent is required, Body Matrix obtains SMS consent separately.
Information Associated With SMS
If you opt in to text messaging, we may collect and maintain:
your mobile telephone number;

Messaging Service Providers
The preceding restriction does not prevent Body Matrix from providing limited information to service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to deliver, route, administer, secure, or support Body Matrix communications.
For example, communications providers such as RingCentral may process telephone numbers, messages, routing information, delivery records, and related data as necessary to provide messaging services to Body Matrix.
Such service-provider processing does not give those providers permission to independently market to you.
SMS Consent Is Specific to Body Matrix
Your consent to receive text messages from Body Matrix applies only to Body Matrix and to the categories of messaging for which you provided consent.
Consent is not transferred to another business simply because that business is a service provider, partner, contractor, or affiliate.
