Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, well-prepared classes
- Begin and end on time and arrive prepared for your classes
- Create a welcoming environment for both new and returning clients
- Participate in required training before teaching proprietary formats
- Maintain awareness of client preferences and relevant movements
Must Have
- Completion of recognized yoga teacher-training program with confidence in Vinyasa/Flow
- Experience teaching heated yoga to lead safely and clearly in a heated environment.
- CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain and maintain certification
- Reliable communication, punctuality, transportation, and preparation.
- Strong sequencing, alignment, room-management, and modification skills.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of alignment, sequencing and safe class instruction.
- Established instructors with followings looking for growth
- We welcome multilingual instructors with their community/following
- Willingness to learn Body Matrix standards and teaching expectations.
Signature Instructor Development

Exceptional instructors may be selected for Body Matrix Signature Instructor Development, with the opportunity to receive specialized training in Body Matrix Method, FasciaForm, Lymph Flow, and future proprietary Body Matrix modalities.
Selection is earned rather than automatic. Candidates are considered based on teaching ability, professionalism, movement knowledge, alignment with the Body Matrix philosophy, and their ability to represent the experience as it was designed.
Body Matrix is developing its signature-method education into structured instructor-training programs and is pursuing applicable professional continuing-education pathways, including Yoga Alliance Continuing Education eligibility where appropriate.
These programs are still in development, and no continuing-education credential should be assumed until the applicable requirements and approvals have been completed.
Independent contractors selected for proprietary training will enter separate confidentiality, intellectual-property, licensing, and restrictive-covenant agreements designed to protect Body Matrix's investment in its methods and education.
Successful training does more than add another class to your schedule. It creates the opportunity to become one of the early instructors authorized to teach Body Matrix's signature programming as the method and brand grow.

Three distinct studios provide different environments for movement, from traditional to infrared-heated practices. Beyond the studios, instructors and clients have access to showers, changing areas, thoughtfully designed common spaces, studio-provided mats and equipment, and concierge support that keeps the rooms prepared between classes.
This isn't a rented room with a sound system.
It's a workplace designed around the practice.
