Welcome to Body Matrix LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (bodymatrixstudio.com), our studio located at 5875 S. Rainbow Blvd, Suite 206, Las Vegas, NV 89118, and the purchase of any memberships, classes, or products from us.

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Memberships

Body Matrix LLC provides fitness and wellness instruction, including but not limited to FasciaForm Yoga, Lymph Flow, Body Matrix Method, Mat Pilates, Power Flow, and Barre Yoga.

  • Memberships: We offer Annual and Monthly membership plans. By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Body Matrix LLC to charge your provided payment method at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until a formal cancellation request is processed.
  • Founder’s Circle: Special terms may apply to Founder’s Circle members regarding locked-in pricing and exclusive benefits.

2. Appointment & Class Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.

  • Cancellation Policy: We value your time and our instructors' time. You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time without penalty.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before class, or failure to attend a booked session, may result in the forfeiture of the class credit or a "No-Show" fee, depending on your membership type.

3. Purchases & Refunds

  • Physical Goods: Items such as Body Matrix™ apparel (Tees, Tops, towels) are eligible for exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Services: Class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by Nevada state law.

4. Health & Liability Waiver

By participating in any Body Matrix LLC activity, you acknowledge that fitness classes involve physical exertion and carry an inherent risk of injury.

  • You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation.
  • You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the program.

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a peaceful and productive environment, we ask all clients to:

  • Arrive at least 15-20 minutes before class begins.
  • Silence all mobile devices upon entering the studio.
  • Respect the space, instructors, and fellow practitioners. Body Matrix LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating studio policies.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of our website and booking system is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use Odoo to securely process your data and payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Las Vegas.
