The Body Matrix™ Method

The Body Matrix Method is built around a simple belief: when people understand their bodies, they move better, recover deeper, and build confidence that carries into everyday life.

Our classes are designed to support mobility, flexibility, balance, circulation, nervous system regulation, fascia release, breath awareness, and sustainable movement habits. Each experience is structured with clear cueing, thoughtful modifications, and options for different comfort levels.

Located to serve Spring Valley, Spanish Trail, southwest Las Vegas, and the surrounding Summerlin area, Body Matrix brings together yoga, hot yoga, fascia-focused movement, lymphatic flow, mobility, breathwork, nervous system support, family wellness, and private 1:1 recovery sessions in one intentional studio experience.

Whether you are new to yoga, returning to movement, managing stiffness, rebuilding strength, or seeking a deeper connection with your body, Body Matrix gives you a guided path forward.

The Studio Is Part of the Experience

Body Matrix isn't a single room with a different class name every hour. Our 9,300-square-foot Las Vegas facility features three distinct studios. The scale allows each room to create its own experience, from the collective energy of a larger class to more focused, intimate programming, rather than forcing every modality into the same environment.

That flexibility matters. Yoga, strength, Pilates, FasciaForm, Lymph Flow, Body Matrix Method and heated practices don't all need the same room, energy or atmosphere. Three studios give Body Matrix the freedom to program intentionally, run experiences simultaneously, welcome different class sizes, and create environments that complement what is actually happening inside them.

Even the surface beneath you has been considered.

Your mat is already here.

Come as you are.

Providing mats lets us control the materials beneath your body—keeping outside mats with residues or unverified materials from the studio.

Near Infrared Heat

Radiant energy rather than relying on traditional forced hot air and added humidity, creating a more intentional heated-studio environment for movement. Learn more…

Shower. Change. Continue Your Day.

Onsite showers and changing spaces make Body Matrix fit life, whether you arrive before work, appointments, between, or after class—giving you room to refresh, change, and continue the day.

Wellness has become increasingly complicated.

We are surrounded by devices, supplements, programs, recovery products, fitness trends, and increasingly elaborate promises about how to optimize the human body. Some of those tools can be useful, but none of them replaces the fundamental relationship between a person and their own movement.

We believe strength matters, but so does mobility. Flexibility matters, but so does stability. Recovery matters, but it should not begin only after the body has been pushed to exhaustion. Fascia, circulation, breath, balance, range of motion, coordination, strength, and nervous-system awareness do not exist in separate compartments. They influence one another constantly. That understanding shapes everything from the classes we create to the environment in which they are taught.

Body Matrix Method is what biohacking looks like when the technology is your own body.

Jessie Franco LPN, RYT, FMC, C-MLD, CGI

Founder & Body Matrix Methodologist

Body Matrix was founded by Jessie Franco, a Licensed Practical Nurse with more than a decade of hands-on experience caring for the human body. Jessie's clinical background includes pre-operative and post-anesthesia care, post-operative follow-up, wound and IV care, patient education, senior care, urgent care, specialty referrals, and post-surgical lymphatic drainage. Her experience has placed her alongside people before procedures, immediately after surgery, during recovery, and through changes in mobility, function, comfort, and independence.

Over the years, Jessie saw the body from a vantage point that most traditional fitness education does not provide. Recovery was not theoretical. Mobility was not simply about achieving a deeper stretch. Small changes in movement, swelling, tissue, circulation, balance, strength, and function could meaningfully affect how someone experienced everyday life.

As her clinical background and movement practice began to intersect, Jessie became increasingly interested in the enormous space between traditional healthcare and conventional fitness.

Healthcare is designed to diagnose and treat medical conditions. Fitness is often designed around performance, appearance, calories, or intensity.

But what about the person who simply wants to understand and use their body better? What about building strength without losing mobility? Improving movement before something hurts? Becoming more aware of tension and restriction? Supporting circulation through movement? Staying capable as the body changes with age? Feeling stronger, moving better, standing taller, and being more confident in how you look and feel?

Body Matrix grew from those questions.

It is not a medical clinic, and our classes are not medical treatment. Jessie's nursing experience instead informs the philosophy behind the studio:

…the human body deserves thoughtful attention, and movement should be approached with more intelligence than simply working harder.
