Our Yoga+Fitness Classes

Some days your body needs strength. Some days it needs mobility. Some days it needs heat, stillness, breath, challenge, recovery—or simply space to reconnect.

Body Matrix brings together yoga, mobility, functional movement, strength, Pilates-inspired conditioning, breathwork, fascia-focused movement, balance, and recovery-minded practices within one intentional movement system.

Every class has a different purpose, but they all begin with the same idea: Move with intention. Understand your body. Build a practice that supports how you want to live.

Most classes are approximately 60 minutes and include options for different experience levels.

The Body Matrix Class System

You do not have to know every style of yoga or fitness class before walking through our doors. We organize the Body Matrix schedule into five categories so you can choose your experience based on how you want to move and what your body needs that day.

MOVE

Start moving

Accessible movement, mobility, balance, foundational strength, and practices designed to help you feel more comfortable and capable in your body.

FLOW

Find your rhythm

Breath, sequencing, energy, and continuous movement that carries you from one position into the next.

ALIGN

Move with intention

Slower, more deliberate practices centered on control, positioning, mobility, awareness, and movement quality.

EVOLVE

Build strength and capacity

Strength, conditioning, stability, endurance, and fitness-focused classes designed to help you become stronger and more capable.

FAMILY: Move together

Age-appropriate classes for kids, teens, parents, caregivers, and families who want to build a positive relationship with movement together.

Why Some Body Matrix Classes Have Different Names

You will recognize familiar disciplines throughout our schedule, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Pilates, Barre, functional fitness, and traditional 26 & 2 hot yoga. You'll also see signature Body Matrix formats including FasciaForm, Lymph Flow and the Body Matrix Method.

FasciaForm

Our fascia-focused approach to Hatha-inspired movement.

FasciaForm™ uses deliberate positions, controlled transitions, mobility work, breath, and body awareness to explore how different areas of the body move and connect.

Rather than rushing from posture to posture, the emphasis is on position, sensation, range of motion, control, and quality of movement.

Lymph Flow

Our Vinyasa-inspired approach to continuous movement.

LymphFlow™ combines breath, rhythm, muscular movement, and flowing sequences into an active full-body practice.

Familiar yoga transitions meet purposeful movement patterns that encourage mobility, coordination, and continuous movement through space.

Body Matrix Method

Where the entire movement philosophy comes together.

The Body Matrix Method may combine elements of yoga, mobility, functional strength, balance, fascia-focused movement, core work, breath, and recovery-oriented movement.

The goal is not simply to complete exercises.

It is to better understand how the body moves as a connected system.

MOVE

Start Where You Are

MOVE classes focus on accessible movement, mobility, balance, coordination, foundational strength, and building confidence in how your body moves.

These are strong starting points for newer members, returning movers, and anyone who wants to move with greater comfort and confidence.

Gentle Yoga

A slower, approachable yoga practice centered on breathing, stretching, balance, posture, and accessible movement.

Movements are introduced progressively, with options that allow you to work within a comfortable range while developing greater confidence in your practice.

Great for: beginners, seniors, returning movers, recovery days, or anyone wanting a softer practice.

Mobility & Strength

Functional strength meets purposeful mobility.

This class combines joint movement, balance, controlled strength, core training, and functional movement patterns designed to help you develop usable mobility with greater stability and control.

Great for: mobility, stability, everyday movement, balance, and foundational strength.

FLOW

FLOW classes connect movement through breath, rhythm, sequencing, and continuous transitions. Some flows are grounded and measured. Others are energetic, athletic, or heated. What they share is the experience of moving continuously rather than treating each posture as an isolated position.

LymphFlow™

Body Matrix's signature Vinyasa-inspired practice.

Breath and movement connect through fluid sequences that encourage mobility, coordination, rhythm, and full-body movement.

The pace remains intentional so you can keep moving without losing awareness of form or control.

Great for: mobility, rhythm, coordination, continuous movement, and an energizing reset.

Power Flow

An athletic yoga flow designed to build strength, stamina, balance, and confidence.

Expect purposeful sequences, stronger holds, core engagement, and transitions that challenge control and endurance while maintaining the rhythm of a yoga practice.

Great for: members who want a stronger, more athletic yoga practice.

Hot Power Vinyasa

A stronger heated Vinyasa practice combining flowing sequences, strength, balance, and endurance.

The warmer environment adds another dimension to the experience while continuous movement keeps the practice energetic and focused.

Great for: experienced movers and members wanting a challenging heated flow.

Hot Chakra Flow

A heated yoga flow inspired by the traditional chakra system.

Movement, breath, balance, and intentional sequencing come together in a practice that progresses through different areas of the body.

Expect yoga with a little more atmosphere, expression, and mind-body exploration.

Great for: expressive movement, heat, breath, balance, and mind-body connection.

Kundalini Yoga

A practice combining movement, breath, repetition, stillness, meditation, and focused awareness.

Kundalini may feel different from a traditional flow class, creating space for both physical movement and inward focus.

Great for: members interested in breath, repetition, meditation, and a more introspective practice.

ALIGN

ALIGN slows things down enough to notice what is actually happening. These classes emphasize positioning, mobility, control, balance, body awareness, and movement quality rather than speed.

FasciaForm™

Our signature Hatha-inspired, fascia-focused movement class.

The pace is deliberate, giving you time to explore posture, mobility, range of motion, controlled loading, and the relationship between different areas of the body.

Great for: mobility, body awareness, controlled movement, and anyone who prefers a thoughtful practice.

Yin Yoga

Slow down and stay awhile.

Yin Yoga uses longer-held, primarily floor-based positions and a quieter pace to explore mobility, stillness, flexibility, and deeper body awareness.

Great for: slower days, flexibility, recovery-minded movement, and complementing more active training.

Hot Yoga — 26 & 2

A structured heated yoga practice based around the traditional sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises.

The consistent sequence allows you to return to the same movements over time and observe changes in balance, concentration, mobility, and endurance.

Great for: members who appreciate structure, repetition, focus, heat, and measurable progression.

EVOLVE

EVOLVE is where movement becomes training. These classes focus on building strength, muscular endurance, stability, conditioning, coordination, and physical capacity through progressive, purposeful movement.

You may find bodyweight training, Pilates, Barre, functional strength, core work, balance challenges, and higher-energy conditioning throughout the EVOLVE schedule. This is not about chasing a certain body type. It is about becoming stronger, more capable, and better prepared for whatever you ask your body to do.

Barefoot Boot Camp

Strength and conditioning from the ground up.

Barefoot Boot Camp combines functional strength, bodyweight exercises, mobility, balance, core training, and conditioning in an energetic full-body workout.

Training barefoot creates a different relationship with the floor, encouraging greater awareness of balance, stability, positioning, and how force moves through the body.

Expect to work. Expect to sweat. Expect to get stronger.

Great for: full-body conditioning, strength, stamina, balance, and anyone ready to challenge their capacity.

Mat Pilates

Controlled movement. Serious strength.

Mat Pilates focuses on core strength, stability, posture, muscular control, and precise movement patterns.

Deliberate tempo and repetition challenge the trunk, hips, legs, and upper body without relying on large machines or complicated equipment.

Great for: core strength, stability, muscular endurance, posture, and controlled movement.

Barre Yoga

Small movements. Long holds. Big challenge.

Barre Yoga combines yoga-inspired movement with Barre conditioning, balance work, targeted muscle engagement, and controlled repetition.

Expect focused work through the legs, glutes, core, and postural muscles while maintaining the mobility and awareness associated with yoga.

Great for: muscular endurance, lower-body strength, balance, posture, and control.

Body Matrix Method

The Body Matrix Method connects mobility, strength, balance, yoga-inspired movement, fascia-focused movement, core work, breath, and body awareness within one integrated class.

Programming may change from session to session because the purpose is not to repeat one fixed routine.

The purpose is to challenge the body as a connected system.

Great for: members who want to experience the full Body Matrix movement philosophy.

FAMILY programming makes movement approachable, engaging, and age-appropriate for younger participants and the adults who support them. These classes introduce yoga, mobility, balance, breathing, coordination, strength, and body awareness in ways that feel welcoming rather than intimidating.

Family Pricing: Kids and teens ages 8–17 receive 30% off when participating with a paying adult. The family discount applies to drop-in classes, class packs, and memberships. Children under 8 participate free with a paying adult.

To help protect everyone’s experience, children must be able to participate without significantly disrupting the class. If a child becomes disruptive, we may kindly ask the parent or caregiver to step into the lobby with them until they are ready to return.
