Lymphatic Movement Yoga
A gentle but energizing class designed to support circulation, fluid movement, mobility, and recovery. This class uses breath, rhythmic movement, light compression, twisting, stretching, and mindful flow to help the body feel less stagnant and more awake.
Ideal for anyone who feels heavy, stiff, swollen, sluggish, inflamed, or in need of a reset. This class is especially helpful for people looking for a low-impact way to support recovery, mobility, and whole-body wellness.
Fascia Flow
An intentional movement class focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and creating more space in the body. Fascia Flow blends stretching, functional movement, breathwork, and body awareness to help reduce stiffness and improve the way you move.
This class is not about forcing flexibility. It is about helping the body soften, open, and reorganize through mindful movement.
1:1 Body Matrix Sessions
1:1 sessions are ideal for guests who are returning to movement, managing stiffness, recovering from stress or physical strain, preparing for a consistent class routine, or looking for a more guided wellness experience before joining group classes. Family & Youth Classes
Body Matrix will offer after-school yoga and movement classes designed for children, teens, and families. These classes give parents a meaningful way to share their love of yoga, movement, and wellness with the next generation.
Our youth classes are designed for ages 4 to 17, with age-appropriate movement, breathwork, balance, coordination, mindfulness, confidence-building, and playful body awareness. Parents are welcome to join, making this a shared wellness activity instead of another drop-off obligation.
These classes are ideal for families who want an after-school activity that supports physical health, emotional regulation, focus, flexibility, strength, and confidence.
Family Yoga
A welcoming class where parents and kids can move together. Family Yoga blends simple yoga poses, partner movement, stretching, breathwork, balance, and playful connection.
This class is designed to help families build healthy routines together while creating a positive relationship with movement.
Kids Yoga
A fun, age-appropriate class for younger children that introduces yoga through movement, imagination, balance, breathing, and play. Kids learn how to move their bodies, calm their energy, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Teen Yoga & Mobility
A supportive class for teens focused on flexibility, posture, strength, stress relief, breath, and body awareness. This class is great for students, young athletes, performers, and teens who need a healthy outlet after school.

Body Matrix makes family wellness more accessible by offering discounted youth pricing for children and teens ages 4 to 17 when there is a paying adult on the account. This allows families to build wellness into their routine together while making it easier for kids and teens to participate consistently.
